The New Mexico PFAS rule (20.13.2 NMAC) applies to the manufacturer, brand owner, or importer of a product with intentionally added PFAS that is sold into New Mexico. There is no size exemption — a small manufacturer has the same reporting duty as a large one.
The rule uses New Mexico's modified version of the Minnesota product reporting system, and reporting happens through the free NMPRS portal. If you are in scope you must report by Jan 1, 2027, then label covered products.
