Starting with products manufactured after January 1, 2027, New Mexico requires an intentionally added PFAS container label on covered products: a flame-in-Erlenmeyer flask pictogram with the letters PFAS, meeting specific font, size, and contrast rules.
NMED publishes the official label files for free in .eps, .jpg, and .png formats, so you do not need to design them. The compliance work is figuring out which products are covered, resizing/placing the label correctly, and staying current as the ban list grows in 2027 and 2028.
