Does your product have to file a New Mexico PFAS report?

Manufacturers, importers and online sellers of consumer products containing intentionally added PFAS that sell into New Mexico must report every product to NMED by January 1, 2027 — no size exemption, penalties up to $15,000/day. This 60-second check tells you if you're in scope.

Deadline: Report due Jan 1, 2027. Label required on products manufactured after Jan 1, 2027. Online/catalog sales into NM are explicitly in scope. No business-size exemption exists.
