Under the New Mexico PFAS reporting rule (20.13.2 NMAC), the fee schedule is:

Initial registration / first report: $2,500
Update to a submitted report: $1,000
Penalties for non-compliance: up to $15,000 per violation per day

Fees are paid through the official NMPRS portal. Because the rule applies to online sellers with no size exemption, the fee is a real, fixed compliance cost for many small brands regardless of their sales volume.
