New Mexico's PFAS Protection Act phases in product bans. Here is the full list so you can check your category.

Banned from 2027 (manufactured after Jan 1, 2027)

cookware
food packaging and containers
dental floss and dental products
juvenile products (car seats, toys, cribs, pajamas)
firefighting foam

Banned from 2028

carpets and rugs
cleaning products
cosmetics
fabric treatments
feminine hygiene products
textiles and textile furnishings
ski wax
upholstered furniture
additional food packaging

Even if your product is not on a ban list yet, you can still be subject to reporting (by Jan 1, 2027) and labeling if it contains intentionally added PFAS. The ban list and the report/label obligation are separate.
